Description

The giant sequoia trees of California are so massive, they dwarf every other tree in the forest. I found this Sequoia Silhouette while hiking away from the most popular trails in Sequoia National Park. The lighting provided a beautiful shadow, creating a silhouette on a nearby giant sequoia tree. This Sequoia Silhouette is one of my favorite photos from Sequoia National Park.
