I'm not sure exactly what this old painted sign used to advertise. Snacks, or maybe Books? Coffee, Accessories? The building on which it is painted is in equally dismal condition, at the side of the road in the near-ghost-town of Brothers, Oregon.

Daniel Woodrum is a photographer, writer, traveler, website designer and publisher, and television news producer.
